For this dramatic psalm, I have composed dramatic music. In this piece, the pianist is less of an accompanist and more of a featured soloist. The furious piano part leads the choir through a whirlwind of intensity as the psalm begins with a cry of despair for the human race and then moves to a prayer for God’s protection and a message of assurance.

If performed with orchestra, the choir members will use this choral-piano score. If performed with piano, the choir members, pianist, and conductor will all use this.
