O Holy Night (instrumental)

Euphonium + Piano

$4.00

Voicing/instrumentation: Euphonium + Piano
Composer: Adolphe Adam, arr. Sam Kauffman
Duration: 2:15
Year: 2009
Edition: 2
Revision: 2022

Written for euphonium, but it’d work fine on cello or bassoon. For trombone, you may want to simplify measure 27. I’m also open to making transpositions for other instruments. Contact me if you’re interested.

A not-so-traditional arrangement of a traditional Christmas carol. The melody is as recognizable as ever, but the arrangement is just unusual enough to keep the audience guessing. The subdivision keeps switching between 12/8 and 4/4. A sure pleaser for any Christmas performance.
