Co-winner of the 2024 UConn Saxophone Quartet Composition Competition

I have adapted my “Trombone Quartet No. 1” for saxophones. This piece in arch form includes a majestic and foreboding largo, a frenetic allegro, and a creepy adagio. I’ve made some changes in this adaptation; the allegro is faster and filled with saxophonish flourishes. The bari sax illustriously provides the floor-shaking foundation previously given by the bass trombone.
